About the Role:

Paydex Technologies is seeking a 100% remote Operations Specialist based in the United States. In this business operations, process execution, and workflow optimization role, you will be instrumental in executing day-to-day administrative and operational functions. You will monitor ongoing operational workflows, resolve system bottlenecks, maintain standard operating procedures, and partner with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery across all business functions.

Responsibilities:

• Execute daily operational workflows, data tracking, and cross-departmental coordination to keep core business processes running efficiently.
• Identify operational bottlenecks or process gaps and collaborate with team leads to implement scalable solutions.
• Maintain and audit operational logs, internal databases, and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to ensure accuracy and compliance.
• Serve as a key operational liaison between cross-functional teams, ensuring clear communication and timely completion of key deliverables.
• Support system integrations, vendor communications, and routine operational reporting across business units.

Requirements:

• 2+ years of experience in business operations, logistics coordination, administrative operations, or a related role.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities with a high degree of attention to operational detail.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills, with a proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency with modern digital workspace tools, spreadsheets (Excel/Google Sheets), and project management platforms.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without restriction or employer sponsorship.

Compensation & BenefitsSalary:

• $58,000 - $75,000 USD per year
