The Warehouse Manager oversees the efficient operation of a large warehouse team, ensuring smooth shipping, receiving, and order fulfillment processes. Reporting directly to the Operations Manager, this role focuses on optimizing workflows, maintaining accurate reporting and documentation, and fostering employee training and development to meet organizational goals.

 

Responsibilities

• Manage shipping and receiving operations to ensure timely deliveries
• Oversee order fulfillment processes for accuracy and efficiency
• Optimize workflow to improve productivity and reduce costs
• Maintain detailed reporting and documentation of warehouse activities
• Train and develop warehouse personnel to enhance skills and performance

 

Preferred Qualifications

• 2+ years experience in warehouse operations
• Knowledge of supply chain coordination and logistics management
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills
• Demonstrated leadership in managing large teams (16+ people)
