Assistant Project Manager – T&D / SubstationA growing infrastructure consulting and project management organization is seeking an Assistant Project Manager to support major Transmission & Distribution (T&D) and Substation projects for utility clients.This is a great opportunity for an early-career project professional looking to grow into a long-term Project Management role within the utility infrastructure industry.Responsibilities:Support T&D and Substation projects from planning through closeoutAssist with scheduling, budgeting, forecasting, and project controlsCoordinate with engineers, contractors, utilities, and field teamsSupport construction, procurement, permitting, and field activitiesTrack project milestones, costs, risks, and documentationAssist with project reporting and client communicationRequirements:Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or Construction Management – REQUIRED1–4 years of utility infrastructure, T&D, or Substation experienceT&D and/or Substation project experience – REQUIREDExperience with scheduling, budgeting, forecasting, project controls, or construction coordinationStrong communication and organizational skillsMS Project, Primavera P6, or Excel experience preferredCompensation & Benefits:$ 90K–$120K base salary, DOEMedical, Dental & Vision401(k)PTO & Paid HolidaysPotential overtime opportunitiesLong-term utility infrastructure projectsCareer growth opportunitiesIf you have T&D or Substation experience and are ready to grow your project management career, we'd love to hear from you!
