In this vital leadership role, you will oversee all nursing operations, ensuring the delivery of high-quality resident care while maintaining compliance with regulatory standards.Director of Nursing Responsibilities:Oversee the development and implementation of nursing policies, procedures, and programsLead and manage a team of dedicated nurses and caregivers, providing guidance and support to ensure exceptional patient careCollaborate with the medical director and other department heads to ensure a comprehensive approach to resident careMonitor and evaluate the quality of care, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes as neededEnsure compliance with regulatory requirements, industry standards, and organization policiesDevelop and manage budgets, allocating resources effectively to meet the needs of our residents and staffFoster open communication and build strong relationships with our interdisciplinary team, residents, and familiesRequirements:2 years of experience as a Director of Nursing or in a similar leadership roleActive registered nurse (RN) in the state of North CarolinaExcellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skillsAbility to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environmentStrong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneouslyEqual Opportunity Employer
