We are looking for a friendly, organized, and patient-focused Receptionist / Treatment Coordinator to be a key part of our front office team. About the Role
As the Receptionist / Treatment Coordinator , you will also be the first and last face our patients see, playing a crucial role in delivering a warm, professional experience from check-in through follow-up scheduling, while helping patients understand and navigate their treatment plans and financial responsibilities.
What You’ll Do
- Build strong relationships with patients and ensure a welcoming experience
- Review and explain treatment plans clearly and professionally
- Coordinate appointments and help streamline scheduling for efficiency
- Discuss finances and insurance coverage with patients, including payment options
- Support daily operations : phones, records, scanning, and general/high-level admin duties
- Work collaboratively with the Senior Office Manager, Dentists, Hygienists, and Other Team Members
What We’re Looking For
- 2+ years of customer service experience (dental or medical setting preferred)
- 2+ years of experience in a dental (required)
- Positive, outgoing personality with excellent communication skills
- Able to manage multiple tasks and stay organized under pressure
- Comfortable discussing finances and treatment options with patients
- Professional, polished, and punctual
