WE’RE HIRING: CNC MACHINIST / PROGRAMMER
Location: Franklin, Indiana
Pay: $30–$40 per hour
Job Type: Full-Time
Are you an experienced CNC Machinist with strong programming and machine setup skills? Join a precision manufacturing team and take your machining career to the next level!
Key Responsibilities:
- Set up, program, and operate CNC Swiss-style and multi-task lathes.
- Write and edit CNC programs using CAM software such as Mastercam.
- Read blueprints, CAD drawings, and GD&T specifications.
- Troubleshoot machining issues and adjust tooling and machine offsets.
- Ensure precision, quality, and workplace safety.
✅ Requirements:
- 5–10 years of CNC machining, setup, and programming experience required.
- Experience with Citizen Swiss-style lathes and/or Miyano multi-task lathes.
- Knowledge of G-code, CAM software, tooling, and GD&T.
- Technical machining education preferred.
- Must meet applicable ITAR U.S. Person and firearms-manufacturer eligibility requirements.
