Demonstrates proficiency in Epic, third-party solutions, and Microsoft products to effectively manage and integrate clinical data. Builds and maintains collaborative relationships with stakeholders to capture business and technical requirements. Assesses workflow processes, identifies gaps, defines necessary changes, and develops future workflows for new solutions or functionality. Designs, builds, and configures within Epic modules and supporting third-party applications to meet clinical and business needs. Maintains system process documentation and implements requested changes to ensure system integrity and compliance. Develops test scripts and materials for end-to-end workflow testing to validate system functionality and performance. Performs unit, system, and integration testing, including negative and regression testing, and documents outcomes for quality assurance. Stays current on industry trends and updates to ensure the implementation of best practices and innovative solutions. Ensures software and hardware modifications/upgrades meet Epic and third‑party specifications for optimal system performance. Adheres to departmental standards for software configuration control, quality assurance, and version releases to maintain system reliability. Provides documentation on system upgrades and new Epic releases to keep all stakeholders informed and trained. Other duties as assigned.
