Lead complex investigations and exercise legal authority, including making arrests when necessary, to ensure the hospital remains a safe, law-abiding environment for care. Collaborate with external law enforcement agencies and internal clinical teams to coordinate emergency responses and provide expert testimony that supports justice and safety. Empower the hospital community by facilitating safety training and education, ensuring every staff member feels prepared and supported in emergency situations. Manage critical mobile resources by operating and maintaining patrol vehicles safely, ensuring a rapid and reliable response across the entire campus. What Minimum Requirements You’ll Need Licensure / Certification / Registration: Drivers License obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date required. One or more of the following required: Certification specializing in Peace Officer obtained within 12 Months (1 year) of hire date or job transfer date. Law Enforcement obtained within 12 Months (1 year) of hire date or job transfer date. Education High School diploma equivalency with 2 years of cumulative experience OR Associate's degree/Technical degree OR 4 years of applicable cumulative job specific experience required. What Additional Preferences We're Seeking ILEA Academy Certification is required. Highest level of professionalism, ethics, standards, and judgement preferred.
