Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough assessments of patients' physical conditions to develop customized treatment plans tailored to their specific needs and recovery goals.
• Implement a variety of therapeutic exercises and techniques, including manual therapy, modalities, and strength training, to facilitate optimal healing.
• Monitor and document patient progress meticulously, adjusting treatment methods as necessary to ensure effectiveness and adherence to best practices.
• Educate patients and their families about their conditions, treatment options, and home exercise programs to promote adherence and independent management of health.
• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to ensure an integrated approach to patient care, enhancing overall therapeutic outcomes.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Qualifications

Compensation and Benefits

The comprehensive compensation package for this full-time position includes an attractive annual salary ranging from $90,000 to $120,000, commensurate with experience.
