Key Responsibilities

The Orthopedic Physical Therapist will engage in a variety of responsibilities designed to support the physical recovery and functional independence of patients. Key responsibilities include:

• Conducting thorough evaluations to assess patients' physical capabilities and specific rehabilitation needs.
• Designing and implementing individualized treatment plans that address strength, mobility, and functional independence.
• Utilizing evidence-based therapeutic techniques and modalities to alleviate pain, restore function, and promote optimal recovery.
• Documenting patient progress meticulously to ensure treatment plans are adjusted as required for the best outcomes.
• Collaborating with a multidisciplinary team, which includes physicians, nurses, and occupational therapists, to ensure holistic care.
• Teaching patients and their families home exercise programs and techniques that encourage long-term wellness and health maintenance.
• Ensuring compliance with state and federal regulations, as well as maintaining professional standards in all therapeutic practices.

Qualifications
