Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough patient evaluations and assessments, utilizing a variety of data sources such as patient histories, physician notes, and interdisciplinary meeting insights to inform treatment decisions.
• Design and implement tailored treatment plans that are aligned with patients' specific needs and therapeutic goals, ensuring a dynamic approach that includes regular re-evaluations and adjustments.
• Utilize a range of orthopedic treatment modalities and rehabilitation techniques, while maintaining safety standards and educating patients on equipment use and treatment goals.
• Monitor patient progress and outcomes, documenting sessions comprehensively while adhering to all relevant compliance standards and facilitating accurate billing submissions.
• Engage in meaningful patient and family education, providing crucial information on recovery strategies, preventive care, and lifestyle modifications.

Patient Population / Client Focus

The Physical Therapist will primarily serve an adult population experiencing orthopedic issues stemming from injuries, surgeries, and chronic conditions. This position requires nuanced understanding of age-specific needs and medical histories to optimize recovery outcomes. Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher from an accredited program in physical therapy is essential.
• Current Physical Therapist license in the State of Florida; temporary permits are also acceptable.
• Certification in Basic Life Support (BLS) or equivalent Healthcare Provider certification must be maintained.

Compensation and Benefits
