Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough evaluations of patients' physical conditions, taking into account their medical history and current health concerns to formulate individualized treatment plans.
• Monitor patients' progress through regular assessments and adjust treatment strategies as necessary to ensure optimal outcomes.
• Provide education and guidance to patients and their families regarding effective management techniques to enhance recovery and prevent further injury.
• Document patient assessments, treatment plans, and progress meticulously in compliance with all regulatory requirements.
• Engage in inter-disciplinary collaboration with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to coordinate comprehensive care for each patient.
• Stay updated on the latest advancements in physical therapy by participating in ongoing education and training sessions, promoting best practices in the field.

Qualifications

• Current and active Florida State licensure as a Physical Therapist.

• Annual salary ranging from $90,000 to $120,000 , commensurate with experience and caseload.
