Guest Service Representative / Night Auditor

What You'll Do:

Welcome guests with outstanding hospitality from check-in to check-out.
Assist with reservations, guest requests, and inquiries.
Perform overnight audit procedures and ensure accurate daily reporting.
Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming front desk environment.
Help create an exceptional experience for every guest.

We're Looking for Someone Who Is:

Friendly, professional, and customer-focused.
Reliable with excellent attention to detail.
Comfortable working independently during overnight shifts.
Able to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Available to work evenings, overnight shifts, weekends, and holidays as needed.

Requirements:

Skills and Qualifications:

Previous experience in customer service or hospitality preferred
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
Ability to remain calm and professional in a fast-paced environment
Proficiency with computer systems and reservation software
Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays

Education/Experience

Comparable hotel size and scope of experience preferred
