Role Overview As an Accounting Operations Specialist, you will be responsible for processing confidential client portfolio transactions, managing wire instructions, and supporting treasury operations. You’ll work closely with internal departments to ensure accurate and timely communication and execution of financial activities. Key Responsibilities Analyze and process routine and non-routine portfolio transactions, including capital calls, cash, and stock distributions Prepare and send transaction letters to clients Monitor and distribute general correspondence received via email Maintain wire instructions in the company database and communicate updates as needed Ensure timely and accurate wire processing through the treasury system Support special projects and other duties as assigned Candidate Requirements Bachelor’s degree in a business-related field 2–3 years of full‑time experience in bookkeeping or a closely related position Strong communication skills and attention to detail Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word Ability to manage multiple tasks independently Self‑motivated and resourceful with a proactive mindset Compensation and Benefits Competitive salary range: $60,000 – $70,000 per year Eligibility for overtime and one discretionary annual bonus Health care package with minimal employee contribution Generous 401(k) match Ten company‑paid holidays and vacation accrual Remote work flexibility for Southern California residents This role offers a stable career path in financial operations with a company committed to professional growth and employee wellbeing.
