International Meetings and Science (IMsci), a division of VML Health, works with companies to build world-class healthcare and pharmaceutical brands among medical professionals and consumers, with a transmedia storytelling approach that covers medical education strategies. What we're looking for: We're seeking an Associate Medical Director to provide strategic insight and medical direction across client projects. This role requires someone who can translate complex science into compelling medical education materials while maintaining scientific accuracy. The ideal candidate will combine scientific expertise with creative thinking to deliver effective solutions for our clients. What you'll do: Develop strategic and scientifically accurate materials Write and review medical communications content Conduct literature searches and data analysis Manage submission processes for medical/legal/regulatory review Partner with account teams on project execution Build relationships with KOLs Support client meetings and presentations Guide scientific associates and junior team members Ensure quality control of deliverables Maintain reference databases and secure permissions Contribute to strategic planning Collaborate across departments Support new business initiatives Who you are: Scientific expert with strategic mindset Emerging leader and mentor Detail-oriented professional Creative thinker Team player Client service oriented Process driven What you'll need: Advanced degree (PhD, PharmD, MD) 1-2 years agency or pharmaceutical industry experience Strong scientific writing capabilities Excellent presentation skills Project management abilities Literature research expertise Strong attention to detail Ability to manage multiple projects Excellent interpersonal skills Willingness to learn new therapeutic areas Technical proficiency in relevant software Understanding of medical education landscape What we offer: Passionate, driven people | We champion a culture of people that do extraordinary work.
