MSI Metro Sales Inc. is seeking an Employee‑Owner Technology Sales Consultant to join our expanding sales team in Duluth, MN. Responsibilities Build and grow your prospect pipeline through strategic cold calling, networking, and targeted marketing campaigns. Collaborate with a high‑energy, motivated sales team that genuinely supports each other's success. Develop and execute new business strategies that move the needle. Create real value for clients by connecting them with the right technology solutions. Serve as a trusted technical resource, delivering business solutions tailored to each customer's needs. Craft compelling proposals and lead impactful presentations for C‑level executives and senior leadership. Consistently meet monthly sales goals across hardware, document management software, printer fleet management, and professional services. Ideal Candidate Strong communicator with polished presentation skills. A true team player with a positive, solutions‑oriented mindset. Proficient with Microsoft Office. Experienced working within a CRM platform. Demonstrated success thriving in a competitive sales environment.
