Qualifications Mandatory Dental Experience w at least 3 years in Managerial Role. Strong leadership skills with the ability to foster a positive team environment and drive performance. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on delivering high-quality patient care and customer service. Proficiencyin dental practice management softwareASCENDand Microsoft Office Suite. Strong problem-solving abilities, with a proactive approach to addressing challenges and improving office processes. Ability to work collaboratively with both administrative and clinical teams to ensureefficientoffice operations and high-quality patient care. Responsibilities Manage the day-to-day operations of the office, ensuring an efficient workflow and a welcoming environment for patients and families. Supervise and train staffto reach operational goals. Monitor office productivity and implement improvements to enhance efficiency and patient care.
