Century Group is partnering with a client who is seeking an Interim HR Generalist (fully remote). Exact compensation may vary based on skills, experience, and location. Expected starting base salary $40 to $50 per hour.
Job Responsibilities :- Provide HR support to various departments, addressing employee inquiries and concerns.
- Manage the termination process, ensuring compliance with company policies and legal requirements.
- Assist in the development and implementation of disciplinary actions, maintaining fairness and consistency.
- Foster positive employee relations by addressing grievances, conducting investigations, and facilitating conflict resolution.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and documentation.
- Ensure compliance with all employment laws and regulations, including EEO, FMLA, and OSHA.
- 5+ years Human Resources Generalist experience
- Strong knowledge of federal, state, and local labor laws and regulations.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
