Customer Service & Sale Representative

Job Description Our office is quickly growing and we need someone who we can train to fit in our office puzzle! This is a full time Customer Service & Sales Representative position supporting one of our local Farmers Insurance agencies. You'll exceed customer service standards for our current clients while also assisting prospects as they call in. Sales will be a required part of this role, so previous sales experience is preferred. Please note: this position is based in Arlington, WA. Benefits Paid Time Off (PTO) Flexible Schedule Hands on Training Mon-Fri Schedule Career Growth Opportunities Commission Bonus Opportunities Responsibilities Answer inbound calls and respond to client questions about their policies, billing, and coverage Identify sales opportunities and promote additional products to current and prospective clients Process policy changes, endorsements, and payments accurately and promptly Assist walk-in and call-in prospects, gathering info to route them to the right agent or producer Maintain accurate client records in the agency management system Follow up with clients on outstanding documents, renewals, or requests Build and maintain strong client relationships through friendly, professional communication Support the team with administrative tasks as needed Requirements Property & Casualty Insurance License required before starting employment Sales experience preferred Strong communication skills, both verbal and written Comfortable on the phone and multitasking in a fast paced office Detail oriented and organized Basic computer/software proficiency (Google Workspace, CRM tools a plus) Positive, team first attitude #J-18808-Ljbffr The Juris Agency
