Dental Front Office Assistant Dental Front Office Assistant/Business Assistant Center for Cosmetic and Family Dentistry is looking for a Business Assistant to join our team. Schedule: Monday/Tuesday 7:30am-5:30pm, Wednesday 7:30am-6:30pm, Thursday 7:30am-4:30pm, and some Fridays on rotation. Why Heartland Dental? Join a team that thrives on collaboration, communication, and community Our office is located across from the Starbucks on South Eastern Ave in Henderson We are a growing, hardworking, and fast-paced team of dental professionals What our team is looking for: 1+ years of experience working in a medical, optical, or dental front desk role 1+ years of experience with insurance billing and accounts receivable Someone who is very organized and willing to take and apply feedback Experience working in a fast-paced and customer-centric environment Excellent communication and organizational skills The position will have access to minimum PHI necessary for performing job-related functions; regular HIPAA training, aligning with the specific role and responsibilities, will be required; and the individual will need to protect PHI and maintain data safeguards. Preferred Experience Dentrix or other dental software experience Physical Requirements: Ability to perform essential duties satisfactorily with or without reasonable accommodation. This is a standard requirement for dental office roles and must be completed prior to starting employment.
