About The Position
This position is a GS-13 Mechanical, Electrical, or Civil Engineer. Serve as the Rock Island District's Cost Engineering subject-matter expert, independently performing complex assignments, providing technical oversight, mentorship, and guidance to district Cost Professionals, Project Delivery Teams and Communities of Practice, developing cost products, construction schedules, standards, and procedures, and ensuring technical compliance and knowledge transfer.
