Responsibilities As a Shift Manager, you may be responsible for: Food Safety Internal Communication Inventory Management Daily Maintenance and Cleanliness Managing Crew Quality Food Production Exceptional Customer Service Safety and Security Scheduling Training Qualifications Managers lead shifts every week, ensuring a fast, accurate, friendly experience for customers. Shift Managers provide leadership to crew and other managers during a shift to ensure quality, service, and cleanliness. Requirements include: Previous leadership experience preferred, ideally in a restaurant, retail, or hospitality environment. Positive team player with a flexible schedule and passion for fast‑paced work. Must be 18 years or older.
