Product Manager

Responsibilities The Product Manager is responsible for developing and executing product strategies and roadmaps that align with SHI's vision and business goals. Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure successful delivery and customer satisfaction. Conducting market research and gathering product requirements. Leading beta programs, monitoring product performance, and supporting go-to-market strategies. Staying informed of industry trends and providing training and demonstrations for product capabilities. Requirements Completed Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Systems, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience). 5–8 years of experience in product management, business product ownership, business analysis, consulting, transformation, or technology-enabled change. Ability to travel to SHI, Partner, and Customer Events (25%). Strong understanding of product management principles including intake governance, discovery frameworks, and value-driven prioritization. Ability to independently gather, structure, and translate complex business requirements, assumptions, dependencies, and success criteria into execution‑ready demand packages. Proficiency in utilizing Atlassian tools such as Jira Product Discovery, Jira, and Confluence, or similar product management platforms. Experience conducting market research, performing competitive analysis, and gathering customer feedback to inform product discovery, business cases, and transformation strategy. #J-18808-Ljbffr
