Full-Time 9-5 | Pearlridge / Aiea, Hawaii
A small but busy law firm located in the Pearlridge/Aiea area is seeking a reliable and professional Legal Receptionist/Legal Assistant to join our team. No prior legal experience required — we will train the right candidate.STARTING PAY:
$18.00/hour to start
$20.00/hour after 6 months RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Answer and direct phone calls professionally
• Greet and assist clients
• Schedule appointments and manage calendars
• Prepare and organize legal documents
• Handle incoming and outgoing mail and correspondence
• Maintain client files and records
• General office support as needed REQUIREMENTS:
• Must be located on Oahu, Hawaii (in-person position only)
• Professional and friendly demeanor
• Strong communication skills in English
• Reliable and punctual
• Basic computer skills (Microsoft Word, Outlook, Excel)
• Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
• Prior office or customer service experience a plus but not required WE OFFER:
