Warehouse Associate/delivery Driver - 1st Shift

Job Full Description

Express Employment is seeking a warehouse/delivery driver in the Jeffersontown area!

Shift: Monday-Friday 7:30am-4pm

Pay: $19.00

Job Summary:
Support daily warehouse operations while ensuring timely and accurate deliveries of HVAC/R equipment, parts, and supplies to customers. Maintain inventory accuracy, operate warehouse equipment, and provide excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

Deliver products to customers, vendors, and branch locations in a safe and timely manner.
Load, unload, and secure shipments using proper material-handling equipment.
Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders for shipment and invoicing.
Receive incoming inventory and stock products in designated warehouse locations.
Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other warehouse equipment safely.
Perform pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections and maintain required driving logs.
Monitor inventory levels and assist with inventory control and cycle counts.
Process shipping and receiving documentation accurately.
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment.
Provide professional customer service during deliveries and branch interactions.
Follow DOT, company, and safety regulations at all times.

Qualifications:

Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and perform physical warehouse duties.
Experience in delivery driving, warehouse operations, or customer service preferred.
Forklift experience preferred (certification may be provided).
Strong organizational and time-management skills.
Ability to work independently and in a fast-paced environment.
CDL and Hazmat endorsement may be required or obtained after hire, depending on location.
