Associate Financial AdvisorRole Structure:50% Advisor Support - Financial plan preparation, portfolio strategy, meeting preparation, investment research, and case design.25% Business Development - Prospecting support, client meetings, relationship cultivation, and personal production growth.25% Operations & Administrative Support - Client onboarding, paperwork, CRM management, and workflow execution.Qualifications & Skills:Strong interest in building a long-term career in wealth managementExcellent communication skills (verbal and written)Highly organized with strong attention to detailAdvanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (financial modeling, projections, data analysis, spreadsheet construction required)Comfortable with financial planning software and CRM systemsEntrepreneurial mindset with desire to grow revenue within a team environmentProfessional presence and high personal accountabilityLicensing & Professional Development:Series 7 and Series 66 preferredIf not currently licensed, candidate must obtain both within a timeframe determined on a case-by-case basisDefined path toward pursuing the CFP® designation with mentorship and professional development supportCompensation Structure:Base salary positionPerformance bonus tied to personal production and overall firm growthLong-term growth opportunity within a collaborative team model
