Associate Financial Advisor
Role Structure:
- 50% Advisor Support - Financial plan preparation, portfolio strategy, meeting preparation, investment research, and case design.
- 25% Business Development - Prospecting support, client meetings, relationship cultivation, and personal production growth.
- 25% Operations & Administrative Support - Client onboarding, paperwork, CRM management, and workflow execution.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Strong interest in building a long-term career in wealth management
- Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (financial modeling, projections, data analysis, spreadsheet construction required)
- Comfortable with financial planning software and CRM systems
- Entrepreneurial mindset with desire to grow revenue within a team environment
- Professional presence and high personal accountability
Licensing & Professional Development:
- Series 7 and Series 66 preferred
- If not currently licensed, candidate must obtain both within a timeframe determined on a case-by-case basis
- Defined path toward pursuing the CFP® designation with mentorship and professional development support
Compensation Structure:
- Base salary position
- Performance bonus tied to personal production and overall firm growth
- Long-term growth opportunity within a collaborative team model
