RESPONSIBILITIES

• Generate new business through outbound calls, warm leads, referrals, and community engagement
• Meet and exceed sales goals for policies written, premium growth, and conversion rates
• Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate insurance solutions
• Provide clear explanations of coverage options and guide customers through the buying process
• Maintain accurate records and follow State Farm sales processes
• Build strong relationships with prospects and existing customers
• Contribute to a positive, energetic, goal-driven team environment

QUALIFICATIONS

• Ability to obtain required insurance licenses (Property & Casualty; Life & Health a plus)
• Strong communication and persuasion skills
• Competitive, goal-oriented, and motivated by earning potential
• Comfortable making outbound calls and engaging with new prospects
• Organized, reliable, and able to manage a fast-paced sales pipeline
• Sales experience is helpful but not required — drive and ambition matter most

Compensation: $35,000.00 - $45,000.00 per year
