What You'll Do:

✓ Manage and coordinate daily dispatch operations
✓ Optimize routes and schedules to maximize efficiency and on-time delivery performance
✓ Lead, coach, and support a team of drivers and dispatch personnel
✓ Monitor fleet activity and respond to real-time transportation challenges
✓ Ensure compliance with DOT regulations and company safety standards
✓ Collaborate with customers, operations, and warehouse teams to maintain service excellence
✓ Track KPIs, analyze performance metrics, and implement process improvements
✓ Handle escalations, scheduling conflicts, and service recovery efforts

What We're Looking For:

✓ 3+ years of dispatch, transportation, logistics, or fleet management experience
✓ Previous leadership or supervisory experience preferred
✓ Strong organizational and communication skills
✓ Ability to make quick decisions in a dynamic environment
✓ Experience with TMS, dispatch software, GPS tracking systems, and Microsoft Office
✓ Knowledge of DOT regulations and transportation best practices
