Account Manager

A growing manufacturing company in the Lehigh Valley is seeking an experienced Account Manager to join their team. This individual will serve as the primary point of contact for customers, ensuring a high level of service while building strong, long-term business relationships. The ideal candidate is customer-focused, organized, and able to thrive in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.Responsibilities:Manage and strengthen relationships with existing customer accountsServe as the main point of contact for customer inquiries, orders, and requestsCoordinate with internal departments including production, purchasing, logistics, and customer service to ensure timely delivery and customer satisfactionMonitor account activity and proactively identify opportunities for growthPrepare quotes, process orders, and provide product information to customersResolve customer concerns and issues in a professional and timely mannerTrack key account metrics and provide regular updates to leadershipMaintain accurate customer records within company systemsSupport business development initiatives and assist with identifying new opportunities
