General Manager Responsibilities Oversee all daily restaurant operations, ensuring exceptional guest experiences and operational excellence Lead, coach, and develop management and hourly team members to drive performance and engagement Maintain high standards for hospitality, service execution, cleanliness, and overall facility presentation Partner closely with culinary leadership to ensure seamless front-of-house and back-of-house collaboration Manage staffing, scheduling, labor controls, and team accountability Monitor financial performance, including sales, labor, controllable costs, and profitability Utilize reporting tools and operational metrics to drive business results Oversee inventory management, vendor relationships, and operational systems Lead execution of private events, community functions, and high-volume service periods Foster a culture of teamwork, accountability, and continuous improvement General Manager Qualifications 3+ years of General Manager, Assistant General Manager, or senior restaurant leadership experience Upscale dining, polished casual, or fine dining experience strongly preferred Proven ability to lead high‑performing teams in a fast‑paced environment Strong financial acumen with experience managing labor, costs, and profitability Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills Hands‑on management style with a strong sense of urgency Experience building positive team cultures and developing future leaders Ability to adapt quickly and thrive in a dynamic, evolving operation Experience with Toast POS or similar restaurant management systems is a plus Compensation & Benefits Base salary: $75,000–$85,000 (commensurate with experience) Performance‑based bonus opportunity Healthcare benefits 401(k) with company match up to 4% Paid time off Consistent schedule with two days off each week Strong internal growth and advancement opportunities Supportive, family‑oriented culture Why This Opportunity?
