About the Role Assistant Center Manager (ASM) functions as a high-visibility leader, serving as the right hand to the Center Manager and driving sales, coaching, and guest satisfaction across the center. A Day in the Life Morning: Setting the Stage Kickoff & Connection: Start the day huddling with the team to share goals. The Visual Standard: Ensure the center is pristine and the retail wall is stocked. Mid-Day: The Sales & Service Pulse Coaching in the Moment: Provide real-time micro‑coaching to help Guest Service Associates and Wax Specialists meet sales goals and master product knowledge. Creating Guests for Life: Handle guest inquiries with grace, turning every transaction into a memorable brand moment. Driving the Numbers: Monitor KPIs and pivot strategies to push the team toward record‑breaking results. Afternoon: Building the Future Talent Development: Spend one‑on‑one time mentoring associates on their career paths and communication skills. Strategic Partnership: Partner with the Center Manager to brainstorm local marketing ideas and interview potential Culture Warriors. Who We’re Looking For The Go-Getter Energy: Self‑motivated, punctual, organized, and eager to win. A People Person: Comfortable talking with anyone, whether coaching or greeting a first‑time guest. Problem Solver: Identifies issues and brings solutions forward. Experience: Minimum 2 years in retail or service management, comfortable with tech (Excel/Word). Experience with Zenoti is a plus but not required. Requirements & Experience Availability: Full‑time schedules including mornings, evenings, and weekends. Experience: Minimum 2 years in a multi‑service or specialty store environment. Leadership: Previous management or leadership experience in a professional setting. Passion: Genuine desire to embody EWC Brand Culture and drive team development within a growing franchise.
