Aegis is currently partnering with a long-standing, reputable manufacturing firm in Antioch to identify a Production Supervisor to join their growing team!

Responsibilities:
- Conduct regular visual line checks to ensure product quality, proper labeling, and packaging of product
- Review, collect and track production data, and report information and variances to management
- Resolve daily production issues working closely with Customer Service, Purchasing and Logistics
Requirements:
- 3-5+ years of experience as a supervisor/lead in a high-speed manufacturing environment
- MUST be bilingual in English/Spanish
- Experienced in overseeing 50+ employees in a manufacturing environment
- Proven success driving continuous improvement & team collaboration- Lean, 5S, Safety
- Comfortable spending 85% of the time on the production floor
