Warehouse AssociateOur client, a leading logistics and warehousing organization, is seeking a Warehouse Associate to join their team. As a Warehouse Associate, you will be part of the operations team supporting daily warehouse functions. The ideal candidate will demonstrate reliability, attention to detail, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully in the organization.Location: Mansfield, MAPay Range: $20Shift: 6:00am - 2:00pm, Monday through FridayWhat's the Job?Receiving: Break down inbound freight, verify packing accuracy, and offload tractor-trailers.Stocking: Utilize an RF scanner to accurately store and locate products in the correct warehouse bins.Order Fulfillment: Pick orders accurately and build pallets for daily customer routes.Shipping/Loading: Load pallets onto 26-foot box trucks using electric pallet jacks.Equipment Operations: Safely operate warehouse machinery such as order pickers, reach trucks, stand-up forklifts, and pallet jacks.What's Needed?Physical strength to lift and move 50+ lbs repetitively throughout the shift.Previous warehouse and powered industrial truck (PIT) experience is preferred.Basic familiarity with RF scanners and warehouse management systems (WMS) is highly desired.Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.Strong attention to detail and safety awareness.What's in it for me?Opportunity to work with a dedicated and supportive team.Gain valuable experience in warehouse operations and equipment handling.Potential for future growth within the organization.Consistent daytime schedule with weekends off.Competitive pay rate of $20 per hour.Upon completion of waiting period associates are eligible for:Medical and Prescription Drug PlansDental PlanSupplemental Life InsuranceShort Term Disability Insurance401(k)ManpowerGroup® (NYSE: MAN), the leading global workforce solutions company, helps organizations transform in a fast-changing world of work by sourcing, assessing, developing, and managing the talent that enables them to win.
