Cancellation policy states that for long-term travelers, the supplier will give the client seven days' prior notice if the supplier employee is not able to start on the agreed upon start date due to lack of documentation or for any other reasons. If the client does not receive a seven days' prior notification, the supplier will credit the client for three shifts of fees based on that individual's rate. If the supplier can fill the position with the same start date, then no penalty will be charged. The client may cancel an assignment prior to the supplier employee's start date with seven days' notice to the supplier. After a supplier employee has begun working on an assignment, either the client or the supplier may cancel a long-term assignment without any penalty if a thirty-day advance notice is provided to the other party. If less than a thirty days advance notice is given by the cancelling party, then the cancelling party will reimburse the other party for one week for the supplier employee at the appropriate rate.
