Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, you will take on a variety of responsibilities that include:

• Conducting therapeutic sessions with couples and individuals to address a range of issues impacting mental health and family dynamics.

• Utilizing effective treatment modalities tailored to each client's needs, including cognitive behavioral therapy, solution-focused therapy, and systemic family therapy.

• Assessing and formulating treatment plans for families dealing with challenges such as alcohol or substance abuse, grief and loss, conflicts among family members, and communication difficulties.
\n
• Facilitating group sessions to foster family cohesion and connection, while addressing specific conflicts such as mother/daughter relationships and blended family dynamics.
\n
• Participating in ongoing supervision and professional development opportunities to refine skills and stay current with best practices in behavioral health.
\n
• Maintaining accurate clinical documentation and managing case files in a timely manner.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will have the opportunity to work with a diverse array of clients, including adult individuals and children/adolescents, addressing various mental health concerns. Our client focus includes individuals and families experiencing:

Qualifications\n

To succeed in this role, candidates must possess:

Compensation and Benefits\n
