Trauma Injury Prevention Coordinator

Role: RN Trauma Injury Prevention Coordinator Responsibilities: Develop and implement injury-prevention programs based on trauma data, community needs, and evidence-based practices. Build partnerships with EMS, public health, hospitals, and community organizations to advance prevention efforts. Lead outreach, education, and research initiatives to support Trauma Center standards and expand injury-prevention knowledge regionally. Coordinate communication across stakeholders, monitor compliance with standards, and evaluate program effectiveness. Qualifications & Skills: RN license with Bachelors Degree, experience in ER or ICU (preferably ER), proficiency in Microsoft Office, and certifications including ACLS, BLS, PNP, and Trauma Nursing Core Course. Leadership in outreach, data-driven program development, and collaboration skills are essential. Key Duties: Design targeted prevention programs, foster community partnerships, lead educational outreach, translate trauma research into actionable strategies, and ensure compliance with standards. #J-18808-Ljbffr
