The Branch Manager oversees recruiting, client service, and administration.

The team includes two recruiters and an administrative assistant.

The branch also has an Account Executive who works hand in hand with the Branch Manager to bring in new business, grow existing accounts, and coordinate successful service delivery.

This role requires a hands-on leader who can build an accountable team, maintain strong client relationships, and deliver profitable branch growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead, train, coach, and manage the recruiting, administrative, and onsite teams.
• Oversee daily staffing operations across multiple client accounts and a high-volume temporary workforce.
• Work closely with the Account Executive to align recruiting capacity and operational readiness with new business opportunities.
• Support prospective client meetings, new account launches, and existing account growth.
• Develop recruiting strategies and maintain qualified candidate pipelines to meet current and anticipated staffing needs.
• Ensure timely sourcing, screening, interviewing, onboarding, and placement of qualified candidates.
• Oversee up to six Onsite Supervisors, ensuring consistent communication, shift coverage, associate support, and client service.
• Monitor headcount, fill rates, attendance, retention, turnover, and client satisfaction.
• Build strong client relationships through regular communication, site visits, and proactive problem-solving.
• Ensure job orders, placements, assignments, and employee records are accurate and maintained promptly.
• Oversee administrative processes, timekeeping, and payroll coordination to support accurate and timely pay.
• Address associate concerns, attendance issues, performance matters, and assignment changes.
• Manage branch revenue, gross margin, operating expenses, and profitability.
• Coordinate with HR and safety teams on employee relations, workplace incidents, and safety expectations.
• Establish clear team goals, review performance regularly, and provide ongoing training and accountability.
• Develop community partnerships and local recruiting resources to maintain a reliable candidate pipeline.

Required Qualifications

• Proven Branch Manager experience within the staffing industry.
• Demonstrated experience managing at least 400 temporary associates across multiple client accounts.
• Strong experience in light industrial staffing , including warehouse, distribution, logistics, or manufacturing.
• Experience managing recruiters, administrative staff, and onsite supervisors.
• Demonstrated ability to collaborate with sales teams to support business growth and successful client service.
• Knowledge of temporary, temp-to-hire, and direct hire staffing.
• Experience managing high-volume recruiting and workforce operations.
• Strong understanding of staffing margins, branch profitability, payroll coordination, and performance reporting.
• Excellent leadership, communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to prioritize competing needs and maintain team accountability in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency with applicant tracking systems, staffing software, and Microsoft Office.
• Ability to work onsite at the Thornton branch, visit client locations, and support operations outside standard business hours when needed.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience managing onsite staffing programs across multiple shifts.
• Experience supporting refrigerated warehouses or food distribution centers.
• Bilingual English/Spanish skills.
