Stream Preparer — NOVATCG (Miramar, FL)

Full-time · In-person

Who we are

NOVATCG is a Pokémon-focused trading card company that streams live on Whatnot. We're young, growing fast, and run a tight-knit team where everyone pitches in on everything.

What you'll do

Your day is all about getting our live sales streams ready to go — when the camera turns on, the product is staged, sorted, and ready to move:

Pull and stage inventory for upcoming streams — singles, slabs, sealed product
Build out the show lineup: organize lots, bundles, and break product so everything's ready to go live
Label, sort, and cards by show and category
Keep the streaming setup clean and organized
Reset and restock between streams so the next show starts clean
Pitch in on whatever's needed that day — we're a small team, so everyone wears a few hats

Who we're looking for

Someone who wants to learn the business, not just clock in and clock out
Organized and ahead of the game — you like having everything ready before it's needed
Fast hands and accurate ones (a mislabeled lot or wrong card going live is a bad day for everyone)
Curious, proactive, and comfortable figuring things out without being micromanaged
A solid communicator — you'll be working shoulder-to-shoulder with hosts and a small team
Comfortable in a fast-paced environment where priorities shift and showtime doesn't wait

You do NOT need

Pokémon or TCG knowledge (enthusiasm and willingness to learn is enough)
Prior streaming, retail, or fulfillment experience
A college degree
