Account Manager

We are seeking a motivated and relationship-focused Account Manager to join our team. This position is responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with clients and referral partners while supporting account retention and identifying new business opportunities. The ideal candidate is professional, organized, self-motivated, and comfortable interacting with clients and business partners. The focus is on developing relationships, providing excellent client service, and representing the company professionally in the community. Responsibilities: Build and nurture strong relationships with clients and referral partners. Conduct regular client check-ins and support account retention efforts. Identify, develop, and follow up on new business opportunities. Participate in networking events, community events, and other business development activities. Maintain accurate CRM records and track client and sales activities. Assist with proposals, presentations, and client communications. Follow up with prospective and existing clients to ensure timely communication and service. Serve as a professional representative of the company with clients, referral partners, and community contacts. Collaborate with internal team members to ensure a positive client experience. Provide general account support and assist with other business development initiatives as needed. Requirements: 3+ years of experience in customer service, account management, sales, marketing, business development, or a related field. Strong communication and relationship-building skills. Excellent organizational skills with strong attention to detail and follow-through. Self-motivated, dependable, and professional. Comfortable making and receiving phone calls as part of client and business relationship management. Ability to build rapport with clients, referral partners, and prospective customers. Strong interpersonal and presentation skills. Proficiency with Microsoft Office and CRM platforms.
