Join our team at Holiday Rehabilitation and Healthcare Center   as a Staff Development Coordinator Infection Preventionist.

Full-time, days (Monday - Friday, 9:00AM -5:00PM)

Range: $95,000.00 - $105,000.00 annually (all inclusive)

At Holiday Rehabilitation and Healthcare Center , we believe that strong clinical leadership at the unit level is essential to delivering safe, consistent, and high-quality resident care. Guided by our core values of Passion, Respect, and Excellence , the Unit Manager oversees nursing operations on an assigned unit and ensures residents receive comprehensive, person-centered care.

Responsibilities for Staff Development Coordinator Infection Preventionist:

• Ensure the center has appropriate levels of staffing and nursing care at all times.

• Providing education to existing staff and ensuring medical documentation and education documents are orderly filed

• Running and assisting with employee training and orientation

• Assisting with admissions when needed, and with the overall flow of the nursing department and units

Qualifications of Staff Development Coordinator Infection Preventionist:

• Must possess a current, unencumbered, active LPN / RN license in Rhode Island.

• Prior Experience as a Staff Development Coordinator, or Infection Preventionist within a nursing center or healthcare setting.

• Ability to build strong relationships and gain support from staff.
