About the Role

We're hiring an Account Executive to own the full sales cycle for warm, inbound leads — clinics and medical professionals interested in partnering with our pharmacy for GLP-1 and peptide medications. You'll spend the majority of your day on the phone and on Zoom — qualifying prospective clinic partners, clearly explaining program details, overcoming objections, and closing new accounts. Once a clinic signs on, you'll stay involved through onboarding and their first stages of ordering, making sure the partnership gets off to a strong start.

This is a relationship-driven, high-activity B2B sales role for someone who's energized by talking to people all day and who takes ownership of results.

What You'll Do

• Make outbound sales calls to warm leads and inbound prospects; identify and engage clinics and medical professionals as potential partners
• Clearly communicate our pharmacy and medication programs, pricing, and partnership details to prospective clinic accounts
• Guide prospects from first contact through close and onboarding
• Own the full lead lifecycle: warm/inbound lead → qualified → closed → onboarded
• Stay engaged with new clinic accounts through onboarding and their first ordering cycles to ensure a smooth start
• Log all activity, notes, and pipeline stages accurately in our CRM
• Hit call volume, conversion, and revenue targets/milestones

What We're Looking For

• Previous experience in call center, tele sales, or phone-based sales roles
• Strong interpersonal and relationship-management skills — you build trust quickly over the phone, ideally with professional/clinical audiences
• Comfortable spending most of the day on calls and video meetings
• Confident, resilient, and not afraid of high call volume or hearing "no"
• Experience using CRM software to manage and track leads/prospects through to closed accounts
• Excellent verbal communication skills; able to relay program and medication details clearly and accurately to medical professionals
• Self-motivated and goal-oriented, with a track record of hitting sales targets

Nice to have:

• Experience selling into healthcare, clinics, medical practices, or pharmaceutical/pharmacy B2B sales
• Familiarity with GoHighLevel and/or PhoneBurner (or similar CRM/dialer platforms)

Compensation & Benefits

• $22–$30/hour base, depending on experience
• Uncapped commission on closed accounts
• Milestone and performance bonuses
