QC Inspector/Manager - Sheet Metal Experience Required

Responsibilities for Quality Control Inspector Ability to read CAD Files as well as customer schematics. Inspect parts for dimensional tolerances, craftsmanship and cosmetic defects Analyze parts against customer provided drawings and CAD files. Create and manage RMAs, SCARs, Templates, and Non-Conformances Interface with customers for all quality related issues Prepare quarterly reports on quality KPIs Annual Calibration Audits Daily, Weekly, Monthly Logs (Machine Maintenance, Audits etc.) Work efficiently and in harmony with a team of talented craftsmen & craftswomen Qualifications for Quality Control Inspector Proven experience as a quality control inspector with direct sheet metal experience. Experience with Unipoint, JobBoss, Keyence, Amada etc. Proficient in computer word processing and Microsoft Office applications Strong regard for quality assurance according to company standards Strong knowledge about industry products and processes Basic mathematical arithmetic Excellent oral and communication skills Excellent presentation and reporting skills Good team player who can work efficiently with minimal supervision Job Type: Full-time Target Pay $28-$34 per hour Benefits: 100% Dental insurance 100% Health insurance Paid time off Schedule: 8-hour shift Day shift Monday to Friday 6:00AM - 2:30PM Supplemental pay types: Quarterly Bonus (after successful completion of 90-day probationary period).
