Physical Therapist / PT Broad River Rehab is seeking a Physical Therapist to join our Salem, KY Skilled Nursing Facility. Hourly Rates Starting at $55/hr (offer based on experience and qualifying interview) Telehealth Option! Supervisory Role – Candidate MUST reside in the state of KY and hold a valid KY State License of Physical Therapy PRN – Consistent Hours Available! Responsibilities As a Physical Therapist, you will evaluate and treat residents, under orders from a physician, using a variety of physical therapeutic procedures and assistive devices intended to maximize functional potential in all areas of a resident’s life.
