Manage the learning management system, credentialing infrastructure, and registration platforms, enabling content program managers to efficiently upload new learning paths and labs. Maintain API connections, collaborate with engineers on feature releases and bugs, and ensure data security compliance. Automate cross-platform dashboards and provide weekly/monthly data reports to measure program efficacy. Serve as a technical escalation point for platform issues.
