I'm originally from Louisiana, a proud LSU alum, and married with two kids and our Golden Retriever, Bogie. We're looking for an experienced insurance sales professional who enjoys helping families protect their financial futures. Life insurance is a major priority for our agency. We want someone who's confident having meaningful conversations about life coverage, identifying opportunities, presenting solutions, and asking for the sale. You'll work with inbound leads, referrals, and our established customer base to help customers understand their insurance needs. This is a sales-focused position involving life, auto, home, and renters insurance. We believe customers benefit from reviewing their overall protection rather than looking at one policy at a time. You'll have access to competitive commissions, ongoing support, and opportunities to grow your earnings.

What You'll Do

• Life Insurance Sales: Identify opportunities, present coverage options, and close life insurance sales.
• Customer Reviews: Discuss financial protection needs and identify gaps in existing coverage.
• Multi-Line Sales: Quote and sell auto, home, renters, and life insurance.
• Bundling: Help customers build comprehensive protection plans.
• Lead Follow-Up: Convert inbound leads, referrals, and existing customer opportunities into sales.
• Relationship Building: Develop trust, maintain customer relationships, and earn referrals.
• Sales Accountability: Meet established weekly, monthly, and annual production goals.

What We're Looking For Required Qualifications

• Previous insurance sales experience.
• Active Texas Life & Health and Property & Casualty licenses.
• Confidence discussing life insurance and asking for the sale.
• Strong communication, relationship-building, and closing skills.
• Ability to manage leads, follow up consistently, and meet production goals.
• Dependable, motivated, organized, and coachable.

Preferred Qualifications

• 2+ years of insurance sales experience.
• Proven life insurance sales production.
• State Farm, Allstate, Farmers, Nationwide, or comparable agency experience.
• Experience selling multiple insurance lines.

Signing Bonus Opportunity Up to $5,000 for qualified, experienced insurance producers!

$5,000 | Experienced State Farm Producers

• 4+ years of recent State Farm agency experience, including 2+ years of proven P&C sales production.
• Active Texas P&C and Life & Health licenses.
• Demonstrated auto, home, and life insurance production.

$2,500 | Experienced Insurance Producers

• 2+ years of recent insurance sales experience with Allstate, Farmers, Nationwide, American Family, or a comparable agency.
• Active Texas P&C and Life & Health licenses.
• Demonstrated insurance sales production.

Payment Schedule

• $5,000 Bonus: $2,000 after 6 months; $3,000 after 12 months.
• $2,500 Bonus: $1,000 after 6 months; $1,500 after 12 months.

Bonuses are not cumulative. Payments are subject to eligibility, continued employment, satisfactory performance, and a written bonus agreement.
