Technical Writer

Our client, a leading organization in the financial services industry, is seeking a Business Execution Consultant 2 - Contingent to join their team. As a Business Execution Consultant 2 - Contingent, you will be part of the Business Operations department supporting Merchant Services. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong analytical skills, proactive communication, and a collaborative mindset, which will align successfully within the organization.

What's the Job?

• Support the documentation process by publishing content using the content management system.
• Perform metadata updates within the content management system to ensure accurate and accessible information.
• Participate in low to moderately complex initiatives, identifying opportunities for process improvements within Business Execution.
• Review and analyze basic or tactical assignments, conducting research and evaluating alternatives related to low-to-medium risk deliverables.
• Provide clear and concise information to client personnel, supporting compliance and operational policies.

What's Needed?

• At least 2 years of experience in Business Execution, Implementation, or Strategic Planning, or equivalent experience through work, training, military service, or education.
• Proficiency in content management systems, particularly OpenText.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to exercise independent judgment.
• Excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate with team members and clients.
• Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
