HELP USA is seeking a House Manager for the Keener program located at 64 Sunken Garden Loop, Wards Island, Manhattan. You and a team of Residential Aides will greet new clients, keeping a welcoming, safe environment while coordinating with Safety Tour Supervisors and Social Services. You will supervise intakes, assign beds, document in DHS CARES, resolve concerns, inspect the facility, and mentor staff.
