Kelly Pediatric Therapy is seeking dedicated behavior technicians to provide one to one support for elementary age students with autism and emotional support needs in a school-based setting.

• Philadelphia, PA  19141
• Monday - Thursday 7:45am to 3:30pm Friday 7:45am - 1:30pm
• $22 per hour
• Full-time school-year position with potential to work summer school

What You'll Do:

• Provide 1:1 behavior support throughout the school day.
• Implement behavior support plans under the guidance of the educational team.
• Encourage positive behaviors and build meaningful relationships with students.
• Collaborate with teachers, therapists, and school staff to help students achieve their goals.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience working or volunteering with children preferred, especially children with disabilities or behavioral needs.
• Strong communication, patience, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work effectively as part of a collaborative team.
• Ability to obtain all required state and federal background clearances, drug screening, physical examination, and district-specific requirements.
