Accounting Manager – Finance and Business Services GlobalImpact–Accounting Manager – Finance and Business Services Responsibilities O versee the day-to-day internal controls and operations, leading team members in thedepartment Review and issue timely client deliverables with analysis to ensure accurate information has been recorded and reported to clients andstakeholders Client cash and investment management Develop and manage annual budget and cash forecastingsystemforclients Manage audit & tax process for entities and complete reporting forentities on a timely basis Manage and coach theaccountingstaff; ensure the team deliversthehighest standard of departmental, cross-departmental, external teamwork,and customerservice Manage Fiscal Services client relationshipsandstakeholders (legal, insurance, IT, bankingcommittees & board members) on behalf ofclients Supervision of Senior Accountants Qualifying for this role meansyou have abachelor’sdegreeinaccountingor related field and8-10 years ofprogressive and non-profitexperience inaccounting. You haveexperience with donor grant agreements, grant management, andrestricted grant accounting (including net asset tracking and indirect allocation accounting). You have a knowledge of banking cash management systems,QuickBooks O nline and/or NetSuite , Bill, MS Office includingin-depthuse of Excel.
